i dont think anyone can argue if he is the most famous dota 2 player for his personality and skill...

I know but putting his signature on it wont make everybody become Dendi. Those who doesn't have his skill are still the same, those who have bad personalities also remain the same......

getting a signature from your favourite singer also won't make you a better singer....some people are a fan of dendi and want to get his signature but couldnt make it to TI4...so this is the closest they can get to satisfy their inner fanboy/girl...

key to rares rate fluctuate a lot depending on current supply and demand. basically now is around 16~20 range.
about exchange rate to coms and uncs nobody wanna do that anymore cuz the offering rewards are nerfed.
