• The entry period of PONEY Cash Rewards Program will be closed by 2nd February 2014.
• Customer is entitled for 1 entry point upon spending of RM188 in any PONEY boutique / counter.
• No limitation of entries for each and every customer.
• We will host a Cash Rewards Presentation Ceremony which will takes place at Puchong IOI Mall (Selangor), 14th February 2014.
• One customer can only receive the FIRST lucky pick by us. The next lucky pick (if any) will be void and transferred to the next lucky customers.
• We will inform the winners via telephone within 3 working days after the result is announced.
• We reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
• We reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the cash rewards with other prizes that of similar value, at any time.
• Our decisions are final and there shall be no appeal entertained and / or allowed.
• All costs, fees, and / or related expenses incurred or to be incurred by the participants in relation to the contest and to claim the cash rewards and / or prizes (as the case may be) won, which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, SMS, postage / courier, personal costs and / or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the participants.
