Hi all

my period usuall y 6 days in a months i always have the cramp kind of pain until my period finish .
with that pain i cant even sleep , any one here facing this kind of problem over here ? can i take pain killer or paracetamol during this period ? i visit pakar sakit perempuan .. they told me this is just normal but when i ask my friend they said minimum of this pain at least for 3 days..

Im no girl, but there are Panadol for period which you may consume if the pain is overwhelming. My gf takes it if is very bad.
