Dont understand this statement... All customer bought from superbuy will refund or just order before 3.08pm from lazada will refund?

juz chat with live support in v mall...and get info as below

"Sorry confirm wont be ship out today. This is because our marketing tomorrow morning get the latest update from bank for this payment status. After that they will send the list to warehouse. Warehouse need to pack for those item. then will sent it to Citylink. So citylink need 3-4 days to ship out the stock. So the late day you will receive is next week"

need to wait some days to get this thingy...

Kind call the cs to confirm. For lazada, is a refund scenario.

damn, my order was at 3.18pm...lets not make this a freaking pissing situation

Anyway I did chat with their online support not too long ago and they stated delivery starts this week and there was not any mention of cancellation etc...

don think it affect lelong and superbuy. they put the note in fb that sold out within 5 mins. and they did also put the stock availability date earlier..if no stock, they wont so stupid to put those let ppl scold..

they said is all ok. will be ship 3-5 days like that. and also i told them what you said, she said if anything they will send a email. but for my order are verified as she confirm it.
