Still there no official launch date for this honor 3x yet, and hope it can be available before cny 2014, as I could ask my relative to bring it back from the main land instead of paying extra bucks here

Nah dont think so as from my understanding the honor series is aim for mid range market. The pre order queue of their honor 3c had ready 1.1m+ in hua wei's vmall while I check around this noon

What the differences of reserve and pre order queue basically just an early order queue before the phone actually release only

Honor 3x Review

The phone from what I know will only officially available by 8th on huawei vmall and yixun.com. No need reserve like the previous 3c case, but how many stocks available will remain unknown. Already call my uncle to book order 1 for me and hope to grab 1 before cny

ya he station mostly at mainland nowdays and will be back during cny. Just hope he could get one for me else has to wait for local launch.

Basically its all sold out within minutes in all 3 batches. Honor brand currently is just similar to xiaomi which focus on online sales only. Next batch preorder will start in Feb if not mistaken

Price has been jack up to 2k yuan from non official channels.

Honor is actually branching out from huawei to be an entire new brand, which is why there is no more huawei logo on honor 3c, but huawei logo still somehow found on 3x. From what I see, its targeted group are somewhat similar to xiaomi, which only available through online order in the mainland only. It can be get through taobao with a slight jack up price, which is bout 2k yuan

For the moment its seems so. The next batch sales start on 12th feb at yixun.com, where weixin exclusive can start preorder on 27th Jan till 12th feb 9am.

Don't think it will reach Malaysia shore as it seems not meant for international, as it not even being display during CES. Currently only available in China or through online bazar like taobao or Ali ezpress. Internal ROM is 8 gb

Mate 2 will definitely arrive here as its been released as an international phone, unlike honor which is a new brand which seems only focus in china market. Even pricing of both phone are different by quite some margin, where Mate 2 carry a much higher price tag, but in terms of hardware it doesnt had any advantages over Honor 3X, beside offering LTE, a slight larger screen and higher capacity battery build in battery. Pricing in VMall is 2688 yuan for Mate 2 and 1688 yuan for Honor 3X

You could actually get it through online store if really like it. Just buy from those reputable seller and shouldnt have much trouble. But be warned that its close to impossible to obtain the phone at default pricing as it being hike up till around 1.9k+ to 2k yuan at minimum, which around 340usd thanks to huawei reputation

There's hell lot more out there with lesser ROM, as long support move to SD then shouldn't be much trouble, as it's quite a standard for phone within these price range to have 8~16gb ROM

That will have to depends on the manufacturer. You will usually find 16gb with octa at this kinda price range with those smaller brand

Wait till its official available outside China only talk la, and by that time you might not even want this model anymore as there are plenty options available in the market

As I said there are many options available in the market now with mediatek 6592. I myself also decide to order other phone instead of never ending wait

You could always check up those online reviews or videos online. I also just ordered a thl t200c.

Order through ali express with the price of 262 usd included fedex shipping. Should be able to share some personal experience on it once phone reach me maybe a week or 2 later
