Hi guys
I have been using a Gigabyte 800W PSU (Pic Attached)for YEARS since I was using 2 sticks of 1x1GB Team Xtreem 1333Mhz Rams...
Since I changed my rams to Corsair http://www.corsair.com/en/memory-by-produc...3m2a1866c9.html CMT4GX3M2A1866C9, added up a Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD and switch from Nvidia 8800GTS to Geforce GTX680 then I am unable to remain my OC which was 4.2Ghz and now I am OC at 3.8Ghz with 4Ghz and sometime when I watching movie and using some usb sticks or even just only scanning virus for the whole system then the system hang but not BSOD...I have no idea what's worry with the system and I do believe that's PSU problem...Even I used some PSU calculator but I got the same result that 800W would be enough for my current system...So in this case I attached my PSU spec here hope to get some help from you guys before I switch it to another...Meanwhile I going to change add http://www.corsair.com/en/memory-by-produc...3m2a1866c9.html CMT8GX3M2A1866C9 to my system which I bought before I came back to this shitty country...I need suggestion for choosing a right PSU or maybe a well explanation for how those outputs work so that I can choose a right PSU for my use...
PS: It would be expensive for me to buy any pc component here and they are freaking expensive here, example a Force GT 120GB costs around RM600...
How you guys choose a PSU for overclocking?
