Any new road planned for this area ? exiting KL/connaught direction.? are they going to open a new road at the hill side exit following OCBC ?
If not, this resident going to share the same road with exisitng low cost/buses, and coming soon Prima 1 house...
nightmare !..

yeah, you may need to pass through residential road..whereby 2 side parked with resident car....
any additional main access road will be build ? if not,...really a big concern...

Construction progress at the opposite side, min 2000unit neighbour is progressing fast as well...

How do you know is delayed ? judging from groundbreaking start work or otherwise ?
from outsider view, the building easily about 10storeys high...
Not sure any new traffic plan or not at this part, or using back the only access road.
