today just went to their sales gallery at Alam damai near Ecosave
Havent launching yet, but 90% soldout, left few units...

three layout, 1020, 1050, and 1070, all come with 3R 2B and for 1070 3+1R.
Price was 489KK onward for middle floor. No discount, no dibs, no free gift.

Yea, there are new double storey linked house near damai perdana by mahajaya developer, selling 550kk+- back in 2009, but now was 1 mil +

true, as SA said, it was confirmed route, but who know when it gonna build, it might take 10yrs, or even 100yrs ...just hope

planning to grab one unit there, but need more advise, in term of location, investment wise ...please help
