May i know why there are so many auction lots for this condo? Can any sifu explain? Any problem with this property?

I believe many units are belong to investors cashing on compress loan/rebate/cashback offered and now they are facing challenges to maintain the unit in term of repayment installment etc. My two cents.

Rental competition as PR1MA Alam Damai located just opposite able to offer cheap rental. There are 2k plus units there.
Once owner start to resort into doing room rental such as these ads:

You know that rent out via normal convectional method whole unit, owner not able to make ends meet.
And those 2 rooms in the above ads are partition room. Not actual room. Actual room come with laminated flooring. Owner partition out the living area and dining area. Converting from 3 rooms into 5 rooms to maximize profit.

Idea of partition the rooms to maximize the profit is good. Just not sure that area can attract the tenants or not.

I visited the place, the commercial units occupancy rate around 20% only. Looks like hard to attract neither business people and tenants.
For own stay with self transport should be fine.
