Its the data line problem. Not the gps signal.
When thunderstorms come u cant find the location at all due to the weak data line. Has got nothing to do with gps as the phone sends in ur gps signal to waze server to update your location

it does effect as well if your car have v-cool tinting

i like google map cause their are the most up to date

but super plain

heck i test using both when going on a trip to Pangkor recently i'll find waze more easier and accurate compare to google

the only advantage google has is the accuracy

damn even shortcut they know

I tried both but end up still use WAZE.

WAZE also alot shortcut but depending on the setting you put like avoid highway, avoid tolls, Shortest time and fastest time it affect how to the gps reroute to your destination. If mau alot shortcut change it to avoiding hiighway and toll then put shortest time.

the only problem i faced while using waze was my phone overheat while i put it on my dashboard for prolonged period of time due to the sun sweat.gif

Me also, but i find a good dash holder that can hide under hot sun, find place between your leg and best view around car HU

Sorry to say but I still prefer Nokia Maps over Waze here.

1 reason, Nokia maps don't need DATA connection. It beats waze hands down, oh not to mention. Nokia maps have live traffic reporting capabilities too.

waze is not bad, but i notice the rerouting is quite slow
many features is great but it eat batteries & quota

i think sygic & nokia drive is much better in implementation
& safety usage wise
