Ordered a Diztronic matte black case directly from their website. Anyone using one? It looked good on my friends N4. Hoping nexus 5 one is also similar. Hopefully it doesn't get lost in shipping. hmm.gif

I'm using Diztronic Matte Black for my Nexus 4. Once you get, mine to share your photo on your Nexus 5 as well? notworthy.gif

Sure thing dude. Intl. Shipping can take up to 30 days apparently. XDA review seems to be very good. Although, camera cut-out is a bit misaligned for white N5s.

SIRM sticket is usually if you have a lot of units shipping together. In short if u got a friend in aussie or Japan. Better tell them to buy it and ship it to you. MUCH cheaper then.
*
That's not true at all. For a nexus 4 imported from US, SIRIM sticker had to be purchased. One or many doesn't matter. If it's caught, you need to pay.

I agree that the sellers are charging a premium for the phones, but not everyone has friends/family in google play devices supported countries. If you consider Telstra in AUS selling 16gb for AU$696 outright, RM1550 isn't that much extra to pay in comparison.

I have a Nilikin 9H tempered glass screen protector applied on my Nexus 5 and so far i have to say its pretty good overall.

However, one minor gripe i have with it is that it does not entirely cover the phone's LCD.

The first time i applied it i had gaps along the edges.

The video didn't show the process of applying the glass because the video jumps forward at the most crucial part doh.gif

My thought exactly. Let's align the screen protector...and it's done. Only if it was this easy.

Guys, if you're looking for screen protectors/casings from xtreme guard, head to their website and use "90off2" code to get 90%.

Price wise, xtreme guard of course. $7 (including) for 2 sets of SP. Mind you, this is wet application and a bit rubbery from what I've read.

Protection wise, I think H+. But that is double the price. Garage sale has it for RM55.

So up to you what you're looking for.

Sunway Pyramid Maxis center cut mine for free. rclxms.gif
They said if it's damaged in the process, they won't take any responsibility. You can also get a new sim for RM25 or something. But that was 6 months ago.

Is the case as bulky as neo hybrid? protection?
*
It's just a high quality tpu case. covers all corners and provides sufficient protection. Whether it survives a drop test is totally up to your luck. Mine hasn't been delivered yet. When it does, I'll post some photos here.

Whoever is doing the bulk order of Diztronic cases, use the code I got from them below:

"Use coupon code REPEATBUYER on our website for a 10% discount on your next order!"

Casing susah lo, everyone like different design & so many types available. Hard to fulfill the MOQ. It will probably be around RM5 - 10 cheaper than sellers in garage sales so not worth arranging a bulk I think.
*
Diztronic case in garage sale is RM75+ when i last checked. Direct purchase from Diztronic site costs 50 bucks with delivery. Bulk buying would probably bring it down to 40. That's quite a margin, isn't it?

Just got my Diztronic case rclxms.gif

It took 15 days for it to arrive from the date of order. Also, there are no physical defects as in the earlier version of the case.

Can you believe that I bought it for just $0.25? rclxm9.gif
