Settings is same and exactly as 3G : celcom3g
For Celcom ( unlike Maxis) you must change to a specific LTE enabled simcard - most normal 3G simcards will not work. In KL - there are 3 places ( menara Celcom Jln Semarak, Bluecube Sunway, KLCC) you can have the card change and is free and activation is immediate. No idea whether there are now more centers to change it - try call their helpline to find out

If your Sim already 4G LTE. When u slot in into your Nexus5, the APN should celcom4g. If the LTE not appear, u need to activate the LTE at Celcom for your nexus5. This is because, Nexus5 is not in Celcom system. Different with HTC One or other mainstream LTE phone, the LTE already automatic activated.
