LG Malaysia is very busy with LG Pocket. Lol.

I think dont need to wait for official Nexus5. Just go for import set or AP set provide by seller in LYN.

My usage:

1) Facebook
2) Clash of Clan
3) Browsing using Opera
4) viewing instagram
5) pick up 3/4 call in office hour.

Unplugged at 6.30am. and drive to office for 20min. arrive at office, the battery still indicate 100%. after 1 hour just lost 1%.With my nexus4, after driving for 20min, i lost 2% of battery.

In lunch hour, with nexus4 i already lost 50%. Nexus is far more better, losing 20% of battery. Can see the significant different between nexus 5 and nexus 4.

at the end of the day, my nexus 5 still indicate 50% of battery left. if nexus4, only 20% left. i'm using stock kernel for both nexus.

Depend on what app u install in your phone. also monitor the network coverage in your area, the network also effect your battery life.

Nexus4 drain quiet fast dowh especially when browsing. Nexus4 easily can lost 2%-3% battery drop for 5minute browsing. It's different with Nexus5, just lost 1%. Forgot to mention, in office, my coverage is LTE. So u can see the battery performance of Nexus5 compare to Nexus4 just limit to 3G.

if not mistaken, the AP seller just have 16gb version only. The import seller have both version.


Now i'm charging with Note 2 2A charger for fast charging. My original charger still in pack untouched.

Still no news about Local set either from LG malaysia or telco.

My experience with Nexus4 early 2013, the local set price is higher than import or AP set. If u willing to wait, just wait for local set with local warranty. Now, u can get AP set with local warranty too. but limit with 16gb version only.

There already seller bring n Moto X. Techbug. rm2+++

BTW, where u get tempered glass for N5. Mine to share?

Nexus5 support USB OTG. 16gb should not be a problem to play media with USB drive.

Hopefully poetic not repeat peeling issue like Nexus 4 poetic bumper.

No need to change sim card. Just go to Menara celcom, or bluecube and request with them to activate the 4G LTE.
Make sure that the plan or prepaid is under Celcom First plan.

If your Sim already 4G LTE. When u slot in into your Nexus5, the APN should celcom4g. If the LTE not appear, u need to activate the LTE at Celcom for your nexus5. This is because, Nexus5 is not in Celcom system. Different with HTC One or other mainstream LTE phone, the LTE already automatic activated.

Make sure our area have LTE coverage. If u already asked Celcom to activate, then u should have your LTE connection. The activation just take 5min only.

I got latest info from Menara Celcom when i want to activate 4g LTE. They said, The charge will be start on Jan 2015.
