I would blame industry. Higher resolution display 'sounds' more appealing to general consumer, than larger capacity battery, IMO.

I had change my dpi lower ( 480 to 360 ), everything smaller. Just a suggestion, but you do need root to use the app (ROM toolkit ) to change dpi.

Received my SliM Armor case, love it. Does add some bulk to it. Product shot later on.

Finished product shot of my Spigen Slim Armor for Nexus 5. Bought from TechBug, Champagne Gold color.



The case feels good in hand. A bit bulky but slim enough consider it's armor type case. As always, Spigen case's cut out is perfect.

Installation was easy enough, slide in volume rocker side, then put some force on power button side in. Removal of case need a little trick, but it's good because when fall to ground, phone will less likely to pop out.

As per TechBug website mentioned, it's revised version so no phantom button issue. However both volume rocker and power button doesnt feel clicky and no feedback at all. No issue for me since am using TouchControl for lock/unlock phone.

One issue I worried was headset compatibility, thankfully it fit nicely for my headset with L shaped jack

Overall, I'll recommend to anyone who need protection for their Nexus 5 while looks sexy

Greenified and tweak some setting for my N5 but idle batt life still sucks. Cant turn off Google Now as I love it, and similar configuration on my nexus 4 had much better idle batt life, haiz

Damn, I paid for the In App Purchase, but now it's all free. Anyway, it's one of the best design Android apps ever, best alarm apps also. Highly recommend

Actually prefer white, but based on many feedback that white's back cover was of different material, so goes back to black.

Really regret on my choice on black. As I knew myself that most probably will use case to protect my phone. So if get white version, white speaker grill will be sexy
