TV Model : LG LM6200 47"
Amplifier : Onkyo 309
Front Speakers : Jamo Cornet 70 ii (old speaker but it is still in good condition)
Center Speaker : Wharfedale diamond CC
Surround Speaker : Boston Acoustics Soundware XS SE
Subwoofer : Boston Acoustics Soundware XS SE
Interconnect/Cable : Audioquest cable with local hdmis
Player: no BD player! used to have a samsung but cinavia effect change it to HTPC (i3 with bluray player + XBMC + powerdvd to play 3d)

no shure abt the crossover freq.. i set it to 100hz..
any recommendations?

Yah my onkyo receiver cannot set the crossover individually. I should probably go by that setting, cause my boston speakers frequency has a limit of 150hz-200hz.. hmm would it somehow underutilized my tower speaker since its output can be in lower hz?

Would it be better to get another receiver?

if the receiver can't independently set the surround channels to higher crossover point, it's probably better to set the xover point to something like 180hz-250hz.
