Sorry for the very basic question, but I've a TV hooked up to unused PC speakers (Klipsch Pro Media GMX 2.1 ... 2005 model? laugh.gif ), audio jack input. Is there a way I can use the TV speakers as centre and 2.1 to support ?

Right now it's just playing over the 2.1 and voices are very muddy.

muddy is cable spoil or not tight fit. try change it to slightly better one

it's not the cable, because when playing music it's fine. only when I'm playing more than 2 channels (say 5.1 file) then voices become mixed up with the bass

13k can get you some very nice set of front speakers of which is just so much more important than getting an all-in-one soundbar just to have fake Atmos. Sorry, upfiring Atmos is simply not good Atmos if you ask me. It's about as good as not doing it.

Could you recommend a good value set up for RM13k ? excluding the TV.

I've my eye on Starke Sound Echo ... but not sure if the reviews are all paid for advertising

any recommendation on :

1. ceiling mounted retractable projector screen ?

2. portable projector screen ?

not really a Home Theater but planing to get a portable pico projector like Samsung Freestyle or something from Anker and Xgimi.

planing to use it in the bedroom as a TV when it's not being brought out.

any budget? XY Screen is getting popular icon_idea.gif

the cheaper the better since this is meant to be portable / outdoors so likely prone to weather or dropping

but for a main HT / AV room, if I install a glass cabinet directly opposite the screen (back of the room) with 7.2.2 setup , any requirements to watch out for ? Only thing I can think off is vibration, so glass needs to be secure
