anything that can be used to design can be used for prints. then again, i guess this depends on what your printers (the person who print for you) use.

for example, some of my printers use PSD files. i'm sure they could use AI files too. but another printer of mind uses CDR files - version 9 in particular.

AI files are more printer-friendly according to the few printers I've sent my designs to...

well yeah, if that's the case then CDR files too. biggrin.gif cos they're vector-based.

it's more printer friendly cos they can resize with minimal distortion and all. unlike photoshop........... so when photoshop, means i straight-away make it the EXACT intended output size.

Just get in vector if you are not using images. Btw most printers take alot of formats now. They just convert. If the quality comes out bad it is your fault. But the buyer will blame the seller. biggrin.gif

i just use photoshop and illustrator dude!
