thanks . i need to explain here what is the definition and terms & conditions of " 1 to 1 exchange" policy. * subject to power bank only , not included cable(s) * the power bank is sticked with our warranty sticker; warranty VOID if power bank without Warranty Sticker * will exchange 1 to 1 for defect of manufacture and NOT to misuse of drop damaged or liquid damaged. * will exchange on time if stock is available on that time.
