before RoS next year, should I play PTR or spend this time to level up my toon to 100?

PTR is just temporary not permanent even if u find uber loots.

continue para lvling before ros release makes more sense.

For a brighter future = get to plv 100
For brief fun = PTR

because PTR or maybe the official pre expansion patch/ RoS become hard lvling,

go play current version, rape mobs for fast experience as must as possible

What you should do now is levelling up your toons.

I have not been spending time on D3 lately.
On vacation with my kid and wife. Going for biz trip after I returned from holidays.
Will probably be active again by Jan 2014.
