Ive been tring to look for software that converts video files into moving image gif files are there such free softwares around?

Please help me your help is greatly apreciated.

i usually use virtual dub to extract the frame rate, then use image ready to edit..

i am not sure whether it is complicated for you

Yep! I'm also using that method. No need to find what software, just get vdub (freeware) and adobe imageready smile.gif

i used windows movie maker to cut out the part i wan to make gif, then import to adobe premiere pro to export as gif, then use adobe image ready to optimize it

using Flash is the best way...i'd try ....

 

Change to:
