why that is a annoying Grey Line on my ipad screen? Help to fix it...software or hardware related oso i not sure.

A lot of the issue same as yours.
Are you using iOS 6 or 7?
First, try a system reset.
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.

If that not work, then try system restore.

RMA is the fast way to solve it if you still have the warranty, Apple may replace the LCD for you.

both factory restore and normal reset have been done.
blame myself too much playing asphalt 8 on ipad.
never wonder the life span so short

Customer is king.
Not your fault actually, just go and claim the warranty.
This is customer's right.

Then it is probably hardware problem such as LCD.

If you still have the warranty, just let Apple fix it for you.
