Dear all,

I have experienced keyboard problem on my Blackbook. It seems the right arrow key is not functioning well. I will really press it in order to work. If I press normally like other keys, the right arrow key is not working. Have to return to them now. *sigh* another dissatisfy user here. Thank you.

how's the trackpad and the surface doing? last time i saw a display unit it was kinda oily and fingerprints all over (maybe because 100 people touch it daily i guess). if i were you i'd take it to vr tech where the service is A+. changed my entire lcd screen there early this year.

I have exchange one to one last week. I have to talk to them and beg them to exchange.

My temp is normal like 40 - 60 celcius. It is normal. At least my keyboard is fine and no defect so far.
