Why don't go for Vios? You can get 2011-2012 Vios around 50k.

You won't be able to get a real Swift Sports with that kind of budget, Swift Sport is 1600cc and manual only, if it is anything else then it is not a Swift Sports.

Nissan Sylphy is the best buy for your budget in terms of space and engine (2000cc).

Honda City is okay but some people complain high FC.

2007 Mitsubishi Lancer @ 57k is one way to go since you can always use cheaper Proton Inspira parts when replacing anything.

best to buy locally as got any issues you can always reach them easier and faster than coming all the way to kl, if the car cannot be driven then towing cost would be a bomb too.

many people have said the 2000cc is a good entry level car but it is slightly underpowered which is why most people after warranty over sell the car, if you don't mind the bit more of roadtax money get the 2400cc version, equipment better and more powerful, fuel economy and maintenance is about the same.

i guess this is fine, but the facelift will have an exterior benefit of pinching parts from the new "perdana" so maintenance and parts will be even cheaper but you gotta live with people calling your accord a perdana
