Dear all, need your advise. Believe it or not. I'm thinking of Kia picanto or Proton Preve! (max 60k is obvious) Yes, small car versus big car. Which one to choose?

Want a comfortable ride, good nvh.
I'm currently driving kancil 660 manual.
Take lrt to work, so mostly I drove around 10k km only per year.
99% I'm alone or with a passenger only when driving the car and as good as 90% city drive.
Initially was thinking of getting picanto, but the affordable price tag in Preve really seducing me. But then again I doubting whether Proton quality.
