please recommend a good car under

1) 5k
2) 10k
3) 15k
4) 20k

Purpose for commute to work daily. i drive normally not a speedster. the car must be low in maintenance and with abundance, cheap spare parts. btw i prefer sedan 4 rooms with generous boot size
