Hello sifus, I need some advice on purchasing my first car.

1. Brand: Any, local or not
2. Budget: Maximum of 40k
3. New/Used/Unreg: Used
4. Specs: Not sure what to put here, but I suppose Full or Standard
5. Transmission: Auto, no manual
6. NA or FI: NA
7. Type: Small (like the size of a Viva or Myvi) or Hatchback. I am bad at parking even standard-sized sedans because of a spatial awareness problem.
8. Remarks: I was actually looking at getting a second-hand Satria Neo CPS (high end model) year 2010/2011, but I would like to hear the opinion of the sifus here about that car, or maybe any other kind of car that you would recommend over that one. Generally however, I am looking at getting something reliable and hassle-free for everyday use, and maybe a bit sporty if I ever decide to follow my brother (he is getting a brand new Manual Satria Neo CPS) on trips to Ulu Yam.
