Dear Sifu here, my friend is offering me his Honda City 09 (current model), mileage around 70k+, with a price of 47.5k. No accident, some scratch on front bumper bitten by dog (really!), passenger side window changed due to smash by thief. Condition reasonable.

Is this a reasonable offer? Are there other better alternatives? PROTON or Perodua models not preferred.
