1. Brand : Perodua Myvi 1.3SE/Proton Saga/Toyota Vios/ Honda City
2. Budget : max 80k
3. New/Used/Unreg : New
4. Specs : Normal Spec
5. Transmission : Auto
6. NA or FI : NA? I think
7. Type : 4 seater.
8. Remarks : I am a freelancer(Independent Female), got no pay slip(Please recommend me on bank loan). Monthly income range from RM2000-RM4500(80% paid by cheque and paid various time from 1-3months). I need this vehicle for work since my proton saga is very old and problematic. Work requires me to load some boxes or various different things and runs around the city. Sometimes I need to pick up client or agency from oversea to have meeting/dining/city tour. After I buy this car, I am going to put on car wrap advertising to help me in reducing the burden of installment(Please recommend me colors).
I am struggling and please help me out. Thanks & Best Regards.

Depending on whether your boxes can fit into a Myvi, that should be your determining factor. If you think that Myvi will give you enough space for your luggage, then go for it. Myvi is more problem free than a Proton Saga but costs more and has less bells and whistles (like CVT, and some of the electronics). And Myvi has the benefit of easy parking in the city.
If you need a bigger trunk space, go for Proton Saga. Go for the FLX version that has CVT and all the other bells and whistle. Parts and serviceability for both cars should not be a problem.
I wouldn't recommend the other 2 cars since they are significantly more expensive and given your uncertain salary, it's best to minimise commitment. Also, I can see that you're on a tight budget, so might as well settle for either a Myvi or Saga.
Btw, if you have help from your family (in terms of time), you can go for a used car. Say, if you car does breakdown, at least you can ask your dad to bring your car to the workshop if you have something urgent to do. But usually those instances will be rare if you buy a well maintained car.
