I am thinking of buying a Myvi either 1.3 standard model or S-series model.

The difference in price is RM3,000 where the standard model has airbag only but the S-series has airbag, bodykit, spoiler, muffler cutter, painted centre cluster.

Can anyone of you advise me which model is more affordable and suit for car beginner?

I have already looked at several cars, esp ford focus and mazda 3.

Pricing for a Mazda 3 1.6L is 103k, 2.0L is 123k.

But ford focus sport is 2.0 at 113k.

Im having trouble deciding whether to go for a focus or not. Any known issues? So far only found transmission problems online.
