Hello Photographers out there...

I'm noob about photography. But my company is looking for a software for designing photobooks (for commercial use). Any good recommendations?

Requirement:
free or cheap
easy to use with customisable page dimensions

any recommendations?

This is still a bit vague. Do you mean that you want to set yourself out as a provider of photobooks. Meaning, you'll distribute the software to your clients, and then you print and make the photobooks for them? In that case, I'll suggest http://www.digilabs.com/. Last I heard (a few years back, and from a friend, info not so reliable) it's around the US$20k range.
