Hello guys, my gym is pretty crowded, so I can't do superset or alternating set, otherwise my equipment will be taken away when I switch my workout.

Let's say today I am doing Back and shoulders, I'd like to mix things up.

Instead of doing 1 set of lat pull down then 1 set of shoulder press, I do 3 sets of lat pull down, then move on to 3 sets of shoulder press. After that I do 3 sets of rows, and then 3 sets of upright row, and so on.

What do you think? It's not exactly superset, and not exactly alternating set, but 3 sets of back workout, and then 3 sets of shoulders, then 3 sets of back workout, then 3 sets of shoulders. Alternating that way is a good idea?
