i am in the midst of getting a set of new tyres.
currently encountering a few options due to some recommendations from friends.

here is the requirement:
- strongly need to have more grip especially during WET or Rainy Day
- highest speed ever traveled is 120 KM/H (but this happen only once in a blue moon)
- looking at budget of around RM 180/tyre
- prefer not to have any tyre from Indonesia due to my previous experience with Falken ZE322 and Dunlop SP70e

current options available (judging based on my budget) from some of the tyre shops in Klang:
- Yokohama C Drive 2
- Continental CC5 (a bit hard to find based on the shops that i have visited before)
- Bridgestone Ecopia EP200

Previously tried:
- Dunlop SP Sport J3 (Made in Malaysia)
- GoodYear Ducaro GA (Made in Malaysia)
- GoodYear Duraplus (Made in Malaysia)
- GT Radial Champiro 128 (Made in Indonesia)
- Falken ZE 322 (Made in Indonesia)
- Dunlop SP70e (Made in Indonesia)

**usually go with air pressure of 220 KPa for both front and rear (to ensure the tyre wear evenly from all side but it's a bit bumpy on my ZE322 now).

please kindly suggest what is the best options of tyres that i should go for and feel free to provide more suggestion or advice.

If budget of RM180 per tyre, you actually can get any brands already. If ask you to pay more than RM180, that's actually is very expensive.

I see the Ecopia thread area is smaller than the other brands, not really confident in it's performance. Maybe they do it for cost cutting.

i have did some survey around Klang.
tyre shop offering:
- Falken ZE322
- Dunlop J3
- GoodYear Duraplus
- Continental CC5
- Yokohama C Drive 2
- Bridgestone Ecopia EP200
- Michelin XM2
- Toyo Teo+

i dont think i could afford Michelin or Toyo due to budget constraint.
however, i am still eager to find out which one out from the 3 (CC5 or CD2 or EP200 or any better suggestion) would be appropriate for me.

because experienced before that my ZE322 with roughly 60% thread skid on wet road (on gear one right in front of traffic light), end up kissing people's car.

therefore, i strictly require to have more grip especially driving in rainy day.

Cdrive2 got the best give among ur 3selection
Cc5 more toward comfort
While ecopia200 is eco tire

on the other side, as my car still currently having around ZE322 40% thread in front and ZE322 20% thread at rear.

is it advisable to get 2 new tyres in front and keep the remaining 40% thread old tyre at the back?
or, should it be 4 new tyres at one-go?

any tyre shop to introduce somewhere around in Klang area?

change all tires in one go.
take Yokohama C Drive 2, wet grip excellent in this price range.

how come CC5 and CD2 same price?? i thought CD2 is 1 tier up. take EP200 and save some tiny bits of fuel
