What attracted u in the first place ? Interchangeable lens?

If u r really a beginner, nex 5t is not cheap to start with.

Outdoor snapping can be any point n shoot

Hmm... I remember you had a topic about choosing between the GF6 or NEX and you concluded with the GM1.
What changed? blink.gif

Panasonic was the first to venture into the Mirrorless market with the Lumix G1 in 2008 - being the first mirrorless interchangeable lens camera in the market. Later on Olympus joined in at 2009 and then years later other brands started coming in. Currently they have the largest collection of interchangeable mirrorless lens available compared to other brands (unless you want to add adapters to fit other lenses).

I think in terms of expertise, I don't think their lacking icon_rolleyes.gif

My personal opinion

Nex 5t looks nicer, lighter , cheaper, larger sensor.

both camera would do just fine since you say you just need a camera.

just go to any camera shops and ask for a try for both cameras. choose the one you like.
