Went to used cars yesterday & they got 2013 CVT model with mileage 12000 km..

They sell around RM 110k excluding insurance..

Is the price ok or too expensive?

Call SA regarding new model, they said no stock anymore & price will be around 170k in next year..

Hi frens,

Just bought 2nd hand CRZ months back. Lately, whenever I start my car, bad stench will come out from the aircond. What could be the cause of this? Also normally do u fill up the water tank by urself? If yes, what is the best ratio (coolant vs water) or type of water to use? Some frens suggest distilled water, some said battery water, some said bring back to SC.

Would appreciate ur expertise advise here.

U could be right bro.. As i recall back, it does occur a week after I clipped on the ambipur air freshener.
I did bring to SC to check few days ago, and they gave me a free coil servicing i think the stench is almost gone now, my sensitive nose..haha.. im gonna try the lysol method and see. thanks man for the suggestion.

hey guys noticed something odd on my Z.

there are 2 blinking lights when the car is locked correct? one on the dashboard and one below the sport,normal,econ buttons.

occasionally when i lock the car i noticed that the light below the sport,normal,econ button does not blink! (no light)

what's the function of that light? it also looks like a button can be pressed

anyone facing the same thing?

any cause for concern?

do you know you can activate sound for locking and unlocking?

i didnt know hondas can make a sound 

how do you do that?

sometimes I will press lock button once, and aft 2-3s then press again to hear a beep sound just to confirm :P

same here. but now seldom happen...i wonder why?????

dont know about u guys, but after i lock the car, if i press the 'lock' button on the remote another time, it will do this in order:

1. one beep sound
2. signals flash non-stop
3. few seconds later, the alarm (horn) blares like hell

the only way to stop that is to press unlock on the remote 

guys, notice my Z don't have auto door locking feature. Perhaps it is not activated. Browsing tru the manual mention below steps. but it is not working. Any idea?

Activate Drive Lock Mode
1. Close door and turn ignition switch ON (II) position
2. Push and hold front of the master door lock switch on the driver door. You will hear a click. Keep holding the switch till you hear another click (after about 5s)
3. Release the switch, and within 20s, turn the ignition switch to Accessory (I) position.
4. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK (0) position.

Alright. Thanks for the advice. Gosh, I wonder if I bought it, I will drove daily to work instead of keeping it as second cars. But I see most of the seller usually are using it as their second or third car @@!

i think a lot of owners also drive the zed daily. just make sure you test drive and get a feel for the car before buying.

reversing can be a nightmare due to the rear blindspots. backing out of a carpark is especially risky. it wd be great if you can get a used unit with rear camera n aftermarket touch screen head unit already installed. the other solution to this is to reverse park each and every time.

the rear of the zed is also wider than the front so you would need to adjust your driving accordingly.

this is NOT an out and out sports car. it just looks sporty. performance is adequate at best. if you're looking for out and out performance out of the box, this is not the car. it COULD be a more sporty car if u r willing to mod tho.

at the end of the day, if it gives you a big grin, go buy it. thats why i bought my zed, and it still makes me grin every time i get into it and drive.

i reverse parked my zed on the 1st day i got it n almost scraped my rear left fender on the corner of a wall.

Another time i went out of a corner car park n hit the tip of the sidewalk barrier cuz i misjudged the space available. scraped my sideskirt n had to send em 4 repair.

All happened in my 1st few months of ownership.

Some drivers are flexible enough to adapt to different cars very fast.unfortunately, i m not one of em.

Just sharing my personal experience so our friends can make an informed decision. I read all 3 versions of the crz forum thread here b4 buying my zed.

how's spoon filter? this i will upgrade sometime later..

you getting the replica or the ori jdp? my advice just get the replica here, mine ori jdp doesnt seem very perfect either, wasnt too happy with the quality of it
still pending whether wanna get the carbon grill cover from JDP or not 

well, dont really have much difference for me on the spoon filter, just the feel good effect i sudah tukar filter, kekekkekeke

i havent seen the replicas, but im very certain , my aint perfect
