i was searching hi n low for any ex stock but couldnt get any

now im paying 95 for a used 2012 unit

its an auto unit

insurance and transferring fee and others already another 4k, savings not much, lesser warranty, lesser power, no HID

bought it from a dealer, but seems like the owner tumpang jual at tat dealer

2 mods were done to the car, i wanted a car as ori as possible
but this 2 mods were still ok with me

1st mod, change to double din(kenwood), with built in gps and reverse cam
2nd mod, leather seats (which i normally hated those after market ones) done up in napa, and with a new design, which surprisingly quite nice, blue n black as well

how much cheaper is the battery as compare to the new li-on ones? but tat would be like 5 more years from now for the warranty on battery to lapse

it has actually been this practice for a long time

im actually very worried when buying used, there is even one crz which is so called this kind of car for sale

luck plays a part and also how experience are you able to identify wether the car has been tampered with

hopefully my unit isnt the total loss one

well , the one i saw was actually selling at market price ard 90+, for 55k its too good to be true so its quite easy to fathom, but not the 90+
those who dont know, may still buy it blindly

are all pre FL 3 and 5 years warranty?
used dealer has been telling me my unit has 5 and 8 warranty

As for exterior modifying, it seems pre FL has more options, unless u specifically prefer the FL looks (which i do)

Engine mod Im not too sure any diff, seems like most ppl just slap on a supercharge will do

i couldnt find vol 1 of hyper rev crz
what can hondata do? just plug in will have slight increase of hp and nm?

i gotten cvt becos its driven by my gf daily, not me
and i've gotten past the manual stage, last manual i had was like 2003

i finally drove the crz for a few hours on the highway yesterday, drove the car back from kl to jb
was quite surprised with the sports mode, can feel like press abit only, the car will fly, in normal mode like normal driving, it will still go up smoothly till 160, in sports mode i tried till 170
my car was filled with about half ron 97 and half v power racing
i think power wise quite sufficient temporary, was really impress with the sports mode, dunno petrol plays a part or not

my only problem with the car was when the 1st tim i hit 170, weird noise came out
yik yik, high pitch, but not really that loud, like spring or etching sound, then it came again during 150+, and a few other times ard 160 as well
it seems that it only happens when im above 140-150 and the roads are not flat, any idea? sounds to me it came from left rear

mine isnt that intermittent, its only when passing uneven roads, feels n sounds like something suddenly rubbed each other
gave 2 X sound(yik yik) everytime it happens
and it would definitely not happen when below 150km/h

by the way, what are the must mods for the crz? kenot tahan already, havent been modding cars since 4-5 years back

2 years back i was having the idea of plonking the k20, but i still prefer auto

i used to mod engine transplant all those when i was 15 years ago, subsequent its only aesthetic for the past 10 years

since like this crz can do both for me? kekekkek
hmm, not much cheap mods
most likely find some nice kits which you dont see so common on the road, then get rims and lowered
i think a k&n drop in filter would do for me, which would follow by exhaust, which is a must for me

then just wait for supercharge if financially allow

18" seems nice on the crz, but doesnt really seems pratical eh? regardless how light the rim is?

i bought with a few expectations, realizing my dream years back to own an EG and to mod it, a fun car to drive and not too flashy and expensive, and a car my gf can drive daily

so im quite ok with it although with flaws such as too many blind spot, cabin noise quite loud during high speed, limited power (need to supercharge it)
