Already safely receive my order yesterday but the weight in consignment note show that 3.55 kg and i try to weight the parcel by myself and the result show same amount like consignment note shows.It will be count 4 kg based on ur regulation but u charge me 7 kg for this parcel.Please,i need some explanation for that?TQ...
