My 1st parcel is still not delivered yet!!!
Been calling them again and again say will check and call back and never call back!
The status show already out for delivery but never come! Called they said will deliver to me on Sat but I've been waited for one whole day but no show!
Just now call them 4times keep saying will check and call back but no call. And the CS is soooo rude!!!
Also, it's soooo hard to get thru their phone line! always need to wait at least 5mins only got ppl pick up!!!

can u help me on tis matter? I really need my stuff urgently!
It's really ridiculous for a parcel frm PJ deliver to subang takes longer than from China to Malaysia!!!
