ok dear.. but give me the weight of ur parcel first. i need u weight by urself. coz i saw one of missing item should be in ur parcel. so i need the weight and ask forwarder. for other item i need to check one by one ya tq

let's say ur parcel sent out from forwarder was 4.8kg, but when u received found item missing. and after you weight ur parcel is 4.5kg, so means the missing item lost during delivery. so can claim back from forwarder. but if u received also 4.8kg, then maybe the item still in warehouse or seller didn't send at all. so i need the weight to check . coz one of missing item should be in ur parcel. i want to see it's lost during delivery or still in warehouse. so pls advise. tq
