Possible to use iPad as a phone, after jailbreak?
I mean SMS and call like a normal phone (not skype or wechat...)

Any comments? Thanks!

Jailbreak voids your warranty and may harm your ipad. Many people do it and end up getting it into Apple's shop. But if you use a SIM card, you can FaceTime Message someone who uses Apple Device.Same like calling but Apple to Apple only.

It has been done b4 on iPad1... but why bother? First, it is not official and second, u need a BT headset to talk. Just go out and buy an Asus Fonepad instead.

Use Global.AQ laa.. Been sending free sms since many years ago.. Just a bit late in the receiving part, not instantly received after sending.

I think TS wants to use his simcard to send sms. There are many apps like this but none of them provide sending sms from the sim.
