I have read through this V2 and found out the Mah Sing vs Mahajaya different units in KR. So I just roughly did a search on the Mahajaya keyword on V1. This is what I understand and please correct me if I'm wrong.
1. Mahajaya units are 2 storeys and it's below 100 units?
2. Mah Sing vs Mahajaya units have different facades and design
3. There were issues regarding entrance into KR from Taman Damai Utama (which is the neighbourhood of Mahajaya units) but is now resolved?
4. There are a number of first owners of Mahajaya units rejected Mah Sing's offer to be part of the clubhouse & facilities members but still not sure if subsale purchasers would be affected by that?
5. I also noticed a lot of sifus here advised interested parties to go for 2.5/3 storeys which presumably are Mah Sing units, which leads to my #6 questions
6. What are the pros and cons of Mah Sing vs Mahajaya units apart from the designs, which I've read it few times in the thread.
7. I saw a few 900k++ listings on iproperty (which is around my target range) which I also assumed they are Mahajaya units?
