Anyone do have any idea what is the plan of this little piece of land? it is inside the Kinrara Residence, Ambrosia.

Heard from SA that when TMS bought over the entire Kinrara Residence from Mahajaya some years back, but this little spot not included. hmm.gif

Heard the VP is sometime April, which is about 2 months away. icon_idea.gif Understand that it was slightly delay due to additional TNB laying of cables done to cater for higher electricity supply

The market is soft, in addition, there are so many choices in the markets so very competitive.

Trust that most high end properties are still selling as price are not cheap, difficult to find so many millionaires lah

There was freak storm last Saturday and heard that almost 30 units of semi-d hit badly with roof tiles blown away, rather serious.

If based on MPSJ rules, there must be 5 feet set back from the back. Yes, noted many of them extended to the fullest, so it is suppose to be illegal (same as many places in boleh land lah)

As this is G&G concept, suppose developer to control but it seems not so, rather sad as can see free for all.
