Of course few factors will determine the price especially the garden facing will be more valuable and those facing junction will be available at much cheaper price.

Hi happy4cathy,

Not really..Mahsing being given excuses and sending their socalled "team" to view and just adding a wooden plank to my roof structure and says its good to stay. My main concern is on the water leakages on long term. Anyway, i have hire an outsider contractor to help me by reinforcing the roof structure so its good now at the expense of my pocket money.

Ambrosia have Semi-D and bungalow, so the price of 2.6m is referring to bungalow or Semi-D?

As I know, the price for Semi-D for Ambrosia has dropped to 1.Xm recently.
