which broker is the best for malaysian in terms of fee and immediate redraw?

Last time I use etrade card to withdraw and it is free.
Very convenient for me to trade. But now, I dont see anyone talking about ATM withdraw anymore. TT is too long...I cant wait and fee occur as well.

I used to have ATM card with no fee. Now, it is hard for me to cope with TT and with fee incur.

Is there any good way beside TT? How broker charge you for redraw?
