Just join this thread lately, so don't think i rmbr you tongue.gif Best rate I've come by (excluding those with special rate) is Interactive Brokers (IB); USD 0.005/share at minimum USD1.00 per order; excluding some of the fees, but still cheaper after all the fees. Check site for more info. Drawback for IB is they don't have live streaming charts; they send you refresh screenshots of chart at the time interval you selected, and they don't come with fancy study and tools.
