Hi, I am IAM program coordinator at MC Orange Institute. We will be having our first intake in August, www.julianconsultinggroup.com

Well, most fresh graduate will ask me, how much should I quote in my salary?

I reply in this way,

RM 1500-1800 before 25 YO
RM 1900-3000 before 30 YO
RM 3000-5000 after 30 YO

But, you need to justify what is yor qualification and what kind of skills do you have. Usually, employer will judge based on one on one skills that you have. Like if you have computer skills, I give you RM200, if you know how to negotiate, add another RM200 so on and so forth.

You can prepare a list foryourself as well.

I think our salary or earning power is not fix with our age.

most of us earning more than 3k before 25 YO.

I guess you're working in local SMI rite ?
Just discuss with your boss when you feel you have holding something important and can negotiate with them and it is also depends on thier budget. Or just hop to mnc.

dude, RM1.8k if before the RM0.30 petrol should be alright....but now should RM2k already...to counter all those high price...

u must pray hard next year the petrol wont make it RM2.5 a liter...else sweat.gif
RM7 for a normal lunch

how to negotiate since u already sign the agreement rite?

Some of the lousy company didnt count like that. They don't care inflasi or all the price is increase.... but thier budget will never increase. Most of the local SMI still paying RM1.8k for fresh gradute. sweat.gif
