don't so fast make judgement..
my case is same as your one..
starting salary only 1.8k.. probabation 6 months, no increase salary after probabation..
salary review based on yearly performance..

and i thought i'll be stucked at 1.8k for a year..
it took 8 months til they confirmed me, and i got raised for RM200..

i was a fresh grads last year.. and my target is only 1.8k (thz god the job also gave me 1.8k)..
i don't know what's the starting salary now.. perhaps 1.8k is maybe too low..
cause i found that without car and house, i still cannot save money "
maybe i also should talk to my boss to increase my salary..
