 No sound from subwoofer?

Amplifier connected

100% got power

RCA cable connected

100% its red-red / white-white

Woofer 100% connected

"+","+" / "-,"-"

Why there is no sound from the subwoofer?

connection lose
head unit output spoil or not on


btw, all this u've been using it this way or just connected?

Which Alpine you using?

Got switch on the subwoofer anot??? Check your manual...

which alpine model u using? before that i was having the same problem like u, play with the alpine crossover then the woofer no sound and all the factory eq gone. If u dun know how to set it back, reset the hu then everything will back to normal

check the gain on the amp, maybe turned too low. Check input from HU to amp. Check remote wire whether working. Check internal woofer box whether the cables are connected to the woofer speaker or did the connection break here.

Plug in any speaker to the output of the amp, if no sound meaning the prob lies with the woofer. If no sound, then it is amp or before...

oi kawan..

ur HU there got put the option for woofer ON o not? there is an OPTION for u 2 ON the woofer's pre-out cable..

erm....hope u can settle ur prob asap..
btw, my experience with a reputable ice shop is tat they actually connect the dvc sub wrongly...and make the sub like 1 coil push and 1 coil pull..lolz..wtf after i saw the connection from the shop....

i have to use something like the two speaker wires connecting to the av cable

now bass not strong

they said hu output spoil..

alpine HU got so low quality 1 meh? u sure u ON the sub-w option in the function menu?
