u got few options if u wanna play low voltage module: -tccd/5/c/4 -d43 -psc -promos -uccc -etc... depend on budget, n d capability of ya mem. ctrler oso count...

is that possible that they are of hynix chippy? 3-4-4-8 @ 250MHz seems like a hynix to me... i could be wrong thou... @ thread starter: not naggin u, but it's always better to do sum read up b4 startin anythin that's new to u...
