ch-5 can reach how much mhz at wat timings and wat voltages...im using a dfi expert , 7800gt , 600wt fortron and venice e6 (3000+)..can reach 280 ahh??

Timing set to X-2-2-2.0 and use 4.4-4.8VDimm(If u can found a mobo that supply that much ) for ur ram. Oh ya..rmb to
watercool ur ram or LN2 it . Folo what i said..280mhz should be no problem.

LoL..I have a pair of Ch5..and around 3.2v ..it doing only 235mhz. Den on my friend mobo it doing 250mhz at 3.6v. So..to hit that extreme '280mhz' the ram should be run at extreme voltage and extreme cooling. Imaging ram on watercooling or LN2. biggrin.gif

I owned a pair of 256MB winbond ch5 before. pump it to 3.2v, cannot run stable 2-2-2-5 @ any frequencies even 100MHz/133MHz/166MHz, guess that's voltage regulater inside the chip resist it to run normal at high voltage. the highest and stable I tried before is 250 @ 3-4-4-8.

That weird...since when CH5 can run under CL3.0? Perhaps ur CH5 is relabelled.
