anyone has problem with google chrome? it keep crashing even after cleaning cache and uninstall updates try Opera but it eat up my battery life so fast

i would like to root my phone but im kinda stuck at ADB device not found when using full driver test in WUGFresh Toolkit..but at device manager it does show Google Nexus ADB Interface and even at advance utilities within the toolkit does show adb is on

So does it safe for me to continue to unlocking my bootloader?

edit: it doesn't allowed me to continue unlocking bootloader

yup i know thats why i try to backup using the same toolkit..but it does not allowed me
fastboot OEM unlock? another method? might look for it later

i thought using fully stock rom would not give any headaches.
